GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF BUSINESS
The Salzburg Highlights Group of Companies, consisting of the “Salzburger Festungskonzerte GmbH (Salzburg Fortress Concerts GmbH – a limited liability company), Salzburg Stadt-Schiff-Fahrt GmbH & Co KG (Salzburg City Boat Cruises – GmbH & Co KG - a limited liability and limited commercial partnership company), Dr. Berer KG (Dr. Berer limited partnership), Dr. Erich Berer e.U.(a sole proprietorship company) and Salzburger Festungskonzerte GmbH & Gastro KG (a limited liability and limited commercial partnership company) sets forth the following General Terms and Conditions of Business as its basis for all legal transactions towards third parties who book via the websites listed below:

Cancellation of Tickets and Liability:
Tickets which have already been purchased for the Salzburg Fortress Concerts, the city round trip with the Amphibian Bus (Amphibious Splash Tour) or the Amadeus Salzburg can be reimbursed until 48 hours before the event booked is scheduled to start (except Salzburg Fortress Concerts 23.12.2024 till 1.1.2025). For all other events we explicitly state that the sale of tickets constitutes a leisure service and is therefore excluded from the statutory right of withdrawal according to Section 18 Para.1 (10) and FAAG (Austrian Act on Off-Premises and Distance Contracts) and Section 3 Para.3 (4) KSchG (Consumer Protection Act).
Changes of programme, cast or venue:
Changes of cast, programme and venue changes are subject to change and do not entitle to return the ticket(s).
Image / sound recordings:
The visitor declares his consent to image recordings (photo, video and television) and their worldwide use free of charge which may arise as part of an event by the above mentioned companies or third parties.
By purchasing a concert ticket, the visitor accepts the house rules.
Suspension of boat cruises
The operator reserves the right to suspend the boat cruise or not to perform the Amphibious Splash Tour or to perform it only on land in the event of high or low water or other adverse conditions such as storm, technical problems, etc. In the event of the Amphibious Splash Tour on water being unavailable, the trip on land will be extended. In such cases, there is no entitlement to a full refund or partial refund of the prepaid ticket price. If the boat cruise cannot take place, the full prepaid ticket price will be refunded. In the event of booking Tour III, the non-scheduled boat cruise will be replaced by a tour in a London double-decker bus. A price reduction or a cancellation shall not be possible in this case. All and any further claims are excluded.
Prices and payment methods
The prices quoted in the offer shall apply, whereby it is stated that price changes are subject to change. Payments are due immediately upon ordering or after receipt of invoice without deduction. The additional costs or other expenses arising from a bank transfer shall be borne by the buyer and shall be reimbursed to the seller.
System charge:
€ 0,50 per ticket
Ticket loss or late appearance:
There shall be no reimbursement for lost tickets or in case of late arrival.
Data protection:
Personal data as also credit card and debit card information are transmitted securely via SSL, are encrypted during transmission and are illegible for third parties. Furthermore, your data will only be used to process this booking. A transfer to third parties is excluded.
Miscellaneous:
Additional agreements shall require the written form in order to be valid.
Place of Jurisdiction
The City of Salzburg, unless mandatory statutory provisions provide otherwise.
