The fun and energy comes from the sheets of the music itself as the Mozart Cham­ber Orches­tra of Salzburg plays in the begin­ning of the New Year

A med­ley of waltz and polka to Mozart and Strauss is on the pro­gram in the con­cert hall of the Fortress. Var­i­ous arias and duets from the world of opera and operetta com­plete the won­der­ful and lively pro­gram.

As of 2nd Jan­u­ary the Salzburg Fes­ti­val Ensem­ble or Salzburg Mozart Ensem­ble, plays for enthu­si­as­tic audi­ences. These are the most pop­u­lar per­formed works of Mozart and his con­tem­po­raries.
